A date indicating availability on the calendar may not be available for a reservation. We operate on a first come first served basis and as such a reservation may already be in progress for a selected date. While we keep the calendar fully up to date with secured reservations, it is possible that reservation requests may overlap due to payment processing. We will contact you in such an event.
In order to secure your reservation we will require payment for the duration of your stay. After making a reservation, either on this website or by phone, you will receive an email from us confirming your reservation details with an invoice for payment along with be our bank details for you to credit the payment to. Payment must be made in New Zealand Dollars and must be credited within 3 days of the invoice to secure your reservation.
If you cannot make a direct payment to our account please contact us. Please note we do not accept credit cards or eftpos.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11am
Barrier View Lodge is smoke free - smoking is not permitted anywhere in the lodge or on the grounds.
We do not allow pets at Barrier View Lodge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your reservation is free up to 3 days prior to the start of your reservation and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 3 days of the start of your reservation attract 50% of the total reservation cost as a fee and a 50% refund will be issued.
Please note we will refund the amount in New Zealand Dollars and we will not be held liable for any currency, exchange rate, transfer or bank fees.
Privacy Policy
We will retain your details solely for the purposes of your reservation and will not deliberately reveal them to any third party.
